Did you know that the foreign man
just cannot come here and by a house? It has to be put in his
wife's name or partner's name. he can buy a condominium, but not a
house. He has to obtain his residency first before he can do
business here. Residency can take many, many months to obtain. We

rather than later.
If you plan to retire to the Philippines and you already receive a pension, your money will stretch a long way,
thanks to a favourable exchange rate.
