Our own area is Tagaytay, just 60 kms south of Manila. It lies 2000 feet above sea level, its location on the ridge allows spectacular views of the famous Taal lake and Taal Volcano. With an invigorating climate of 22C for most of the year, properties here have always been sought after by an affluent and priveleged community. With a choice of restaurants, world-class golf courses, well known commercial establishments and modern hospitals, Tagaytay offers the convenience of city living in a rural setting amidst magnifiicent views..

You dont have to live in Tagaytay. But I strongly suggest that if you are a foreigner and not used to obsessive heat, ots a perfect spot for you. Compare here with say, Manila, its massive! We love the area and fully recommend it. Just 40 minutes also to the beautiful white, sandy and safe beaches of Batangas. And visit Manila and compare the difference, its massive !!!

Also, traffic is very slight in Tagaytay compared to most other areas of the Philippines. We love the area and fully recommend it.

There are bargains out there for the discerning buyer. I have a vast experience of what it takes and what is required to move to the Philippines.

Did you know that the foreign man just cannot come here and by a house? It has to be put in his wife's name or partner's name. he can buy a condominium, but not a house. He has to obtain his residency first before he can do business here. Residency can take many, many months to obtain. We have the contacts and knowledge to make things happen sooner rather than later.

If you plan to retire to the Philippines and you already receive a pension, your money will stretch a long way, thanks to a favourable exchange rate.

Nothing is impossible in the Philippines. You need to know the do's and dont's and with whom you can trust.
