If you are a foreigner, be it British or American or whatever, we assist with the transition from living in another country. The Philippines is different, no doubt about that. But it is worth the effort coming here. The people are friendly, climate is terrific and predictable and, more especially, your money goes along a way here.

Houses are very affordable to the foreigner. Many different types of houses and/or condominiums are on the market. There are bargains available fro the discerning buyer. Its just that when you first get here, it is difficult to know where and how to look.

We do all the groundwork and spadework for you. We have experience on these matters. Houses here are not advertised as in other countries. It is not like say, in the UK, where there are plenty of estate agents outlets to go to and ask what is available.

We can also recommend an excellent architect / builder who can design and finish your dream house, to your personal specifications. His work is first class and at a very reasonable price
